**Marketing Communications Manager, Epiroc Brazil**

We are looking for driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our management team of Epiroc Brazil. **Your mission**

To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people through effective employer branding.

As a Marketing Communications Manager you will be a main part of the marketing external and internal communications and serve in the core of our communication strategies, be an active part in driving our company’s journey and changes through internal activities and communication assets.

You are an excellent communicator with superior verbal and writing skills that will support you in inspiring content in our different channels. You have broad knowledge of internal and external communications and employer branding and as a creative doer you are used to think outside of the box.

**Job description**

This role is to initiate, coordinate and and execute marketing and communications strategies to grow market share. You need to increase brand awareness and brand familiarity in order to support market share increase.

Your key responsibilities include developing and executing the external and internal communication strategy and plan, and be the owner of the overall communication. The marketing communications is responsible for external marketing communication, business related activities such as our customer surveys, magazine, close work with mining and construction associations, common web pages, exhibitions and events.

**Location & travel**

Preferably in Sao Paulo area. Occasional travel will be required in this position.
