Technical Product Manager

Our client is seeking a **Technical Product Manager** to collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and smooth processes. You’ll work closely with the Product Design team to simplify requirements, guide their implementation, and maintain seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects across various stages—from project planning and development oversight to post-launch maintenance and new feature rollouts. Your goal will be to align technical execution with business objectives, driving each product’s success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and maintain product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs, informed by customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Craft clear PRDs, briefs, and documentation to align stakeholders on product strategy.
- Lead product development cycles, from concept to launch, providing updates and clarifications as needed.
- Partner with designers to create intuitive, user-focused experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine specifications and timelines, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reporting on product performance post-launch.
- Host standups to track project progress and address blockers, clarifying goals throughout the development process.
- Test, accept, or iterate on completed work to ensure it meets product requirements.
- Showcase development accomplishments to clients and stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years** of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Proven success in shipping B2B products that solve real-world problems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advocate for your ideas.
- Experience building technical products that scale to meet enterprise-level challenges.
- Familiarity with delivering solutions for enterprise or similarly complex customer needs.
- Expertise in managing projects with remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus on priorities.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining product documentation, including roadmaps, wireframes, and KPIs.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Background in software engineering or UX/UI design.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal Tracker).
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD) is a plus.
- Understanding of technologies like Ruby on Rails, React, and iOS/Android development is a bonus.
