Job Responsibilities*
- Regional executive responsible for leading matrix organization to include commercial, operations, manufacturing, regulatory, and Technical Services
- Full P&L responsibility for the LATAM business unit
- Act as company Director for LATAM region
- Build out regional commercial organization to deliver on product sales and business development initiatives
- Identification and development of business opportunities
- Planning and leadership of the efforts of company resources in support of commercial efforts
- Interaction with industry consultants and business partners to identify market opportunities, and prepare for product launches in key countries
- Ongoing documentation of all sales contacts and prospect action plans
- Efficient management of commercial related expenses in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of management.

**Required Experience**
- A Bachelor's degree in business marketing, economics or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 15 years of business-to-business sales experience is preferred, with at least two years biological sciences experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years leading a commercial team for a country or a region
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Consultative selling skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- MBA or MSM preferred
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (Both is preferred)
- Fluency in English is required

**Physical Requirements**
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles.
- Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling.
- Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
- Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
- The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental condition.
