Teads is looking for an exceptional **Sales Manager **with an entrepreneur mindset **based in São Paulo, **to execute and drive incremental revenue growth in an exciting territory.

Reporting to the Local Client Partnerships Director, you'll be responsible for growing new business across media agencies. Naturally, you will have experience bringing in new business.

**Your mission will be to**:

- Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and brands
- Attend weekly meetings/presentations with media agencies
- Achieve quarterly revenue goals
- Represent Teads and be a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplace
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Studio teams to develop campaign strategies
- Manage and maintain a healthy individual sales pipeline and achieve sales target
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue

**Requirements**:

- Prior digital media sales experience is required, ideally within mobile or video
- Previous technology platform experience a huge plus
- Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
- Understanding of the digital video marketplace
- Programmatic knowledge is a big plus
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
- Reading and writing business English skill / English Business conversation skill
