**Requirements**: - Experience in Recruitment; - Education in Human Resources, psychology, social sciences or similar, with a focus on human resources/Talent Acquisition preferred; - Advanced user of MS Office suit, especially MS Excel; - Advanced English. **Activities**: - Executes the Recruitment of Interns, Apprentices, Assistants & Individual Contributors in Operations, Technical and Administrative personnel; - Maintenance of the recruitment's active file and archive. Keeping the necessary documents and carrying out information gathering whenever necessary, meeting the demands of the areas or support areas; - Continuously improves recruiting costs and quality of services by working with the TA Manager in consolidating global and/or regional processes and vendor relationships; - Monitors & oversee service delivery, quality and time-to-fill metrics; - Assist in the creation and generation of ad-hoc reports; - Stays informed on industry & compliant best Act as an ambassador for DE&I processes in South America; promoting diversity; fostering an open and inclusive environment; assisting with development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce; - Provides recruiting mentorship, training for Hiring supervisors and HR Business Partners promotes and trains SIG Talent Acquisition processes and best practices; - Promotes Employer Branding initiative formulating & selling SIG as an employer of first choice (regional & local); - Includes all aspects of our Employer Branding and EVP into recruiting, ensuring a stream-lined New Hire journey and TA-tools for our internal customers which supports our "We Believe in More" Culture practices. **Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
