**Skills and Competencies.**
- **3+** years of experience in Structured Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Proven and highly developed analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of Python programming and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

**Education**

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, business administration, statistics, accounting, engineering, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze new Structured Finance transactions to assign ratings, and review ratings of existing transactions;
- Analyze transaction documents to understand transaction structure and legal, operational, and counterparty risks;
- Analyze characteristics of underlying portfolio and performance history to derive loss assumptions;
- Lead virtual and in-person meetings with originators, advisors and other transaction participants as part of the rating analysis process;
- Present credits efficiently and accurately in rating committees and other internal analytical meetings, formulate a coherent credit rationale and present this rationale in a persuasive fashion
- Communicate rating rationales to investors and other market participants through rating reports, presentations and meetings;
- Assist in producing timely and relevant research on specific issuers or sector related issues that is in-depth, high quality, informative and focused;
- Assist in rating methodology, model and scorecard updates;
- Build and manage relationships with investors, advisors, and issuers.
