**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Financial Planning and Analysis team develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports and tax returns, and maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities. Supports corporate planning by conducting analyses of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.

**This role in summary**:
The LAR FP&A Manager is of vital importance as it acts as a corporate role in the Latin American Region, being the link between the US global financial team and the locally-based teams.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate and consolidate the entire region’s financial planning routines (Monthly Outlooks, Profit Plan, LRP).
- Manage calendar and deliverables in order to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of monthly global submission.
- Create useful and automated templates to gather data from subregions/workstreams and consolidate them in a single source of information.
- Generate data insights, identify and discuss risks and opportunities, and create presentations to board.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs trends and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.
- Be a team player working with multiple cross functional teams in a collaborative and constructive manner.
- Act as PMO for continuous improvement projects for the region.
- Implement technology and leverage data analytics.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Engineering.
- At least 6 years of professional experience (with a minimum of 3 in FP&A or similar)
- Data Analytics experience
- English proficiency

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- SAP, BI, Tableau or Hyperion.
- MBA.
- Spanish.
