**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, and other related degrees;
- Experience in International Business - Import / Export;
- Good knowledge of Office 365;
- English is mandatory because you are going to work with people from other countries;
- Spanish is desirable.

**Atividades**:

- Prioritize and Follow-up the orders with production planning;
- Prepare and issue export paperwork (commercial invoice, packing, etc);
- Follow-up with carriers and agents on deliveries until final customers;
- Monitoring the process of bodybuilders and implementers;
- Key users for Volvo’s systems for the export process;
- Support in projects and/or legal demands for the Export process;
- Keep contact with Volvo customers (Group Companies or Private Importers) to manage the arrival of the final product in the agreed times;
- Support the commercial area on new businesses (from logístical feasibility to customs/legal requirements);
- Responsible for paying the freight and export expenses to service providers.
