As an Account Strategist, you will be in charge of a large portfolio of Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Small Business Sales (SBS) accounts. Providing them with digital marketing consultancy services, you will help advertisers grow their business and maximize their returns through a combination of one-to-one and scalable outreach relationship. You will work in partnership with advertisers to understand their strategies and increase their understanding of Google advertising solutions, as well as provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google Ads accounts. You will promote effectively by delivering value through high-quality strategic advice and creative advertising solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work at scale, managing a large portfolio of Google Ads accounts by understanding their marketing objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing risks.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships and tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions. Share and collaborate with Specialists and Product team members on new feature development.
- Identify client stakeholders and handle effectively objections from clients. Build trusted relationships with advertisers and develop digital strategies for their success.
- Collaborate within the Sales team and Product Solutions team, to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
