The Junior Lawyer for claims ensures an efficient claims service, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal assistance on passengers’ claims and litigation matters (focused on consumer and labor) in strict contact with external law firms. - Advanced in English (both spoken and written). - Law degree with registration at the - Manage and process guests and crew lawsuits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Investigate and assess the validity of claims & lawsuits, determining their grounds for further action. - Negotiate fair settlements for valid claims & lawsuits, aiming for equitable outcomes. - Monitor claims in litigation, tracking costs and providing updates as needed. - Oversee the payment process for settlements and condemnations, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
