**Job Summary**

Provision of Specialized Information Technology and Communication Services for Data Center LA, considering the following requirements:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide remote support for infrastructure issues in Data Centers in Latin America.
- Coordinate utility activities (facilities) in collaboration with local resources and service providers, following the IT Change Control process (ITSM).
- Coordinate activities related to rack installation, servers, cabling, power, and air conditioning in Latin American Data Centers in collaboration with local resources from the CIA and TS.
- Maintain and update profile data for each Data Center, including rack layouts, servers and other equipment, electrical circuits, configuration and diagrams of fire-fighting equipment, including inventory of equipment and load and capacity metrics.
- Coordinate remediation and data assessment activities in collaboration with the global TS team responsible for the DCs (GDC Facility Engineering staff).
- Provide consultancy regarding Johnson's standards related to cabling, power (UPS), air conditioning, etc., for Data Centers.
- Support the success of maintenance contracts and services for critical infrastructure equipment (UPS, Cooling, Fire Systems, Generators, etc.) that are current and effective. Provide translation for global foreign language contracts in support of remote Data Centers.
- Support maintenance and service activities related to critical utility infrastructure items, including assessing the impact of activities and communicating that impact and risk to the Global Data Center organization, Operating Company, and local IT organization (communicating with the manager in Latam in Brazil).
- Engage in activities related to incident management and problems associated with critical utility infrastructure in the DCs.
- Support efforts with local CIAs to understand and mitigate risks to the Data Centers associated with maintenance and power shutdowns performed by the CIAs, and monitor activities from shutdown to equipment restart.
- Notify the necessary organizations when load and utilization thresholds are reached and require expansion or remediation action.
- Travel, when necessary and approved by the NA/LA Data Center Facility Manager, to carry out the activities described above.
- Support coordination and monitor planning and installation activities of IT equipment in the São José dos Campos Data Center according to standards defined by the TS Facilities management team.
- Support the implementation of infrastructure projects to ensure that applied solutions are reliable in terms of redundancy and capacity.
- Address challenges in ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are followed by suppliers providing services within Data Centers, including IT security standards (ISRM) and EHS (corporate ergonomics and safety department).
- Support leadership for the installation of equipment impacting DCs in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure that business needs are met without impacting Data Center operations or causing interruptions in IT services provided to the business.
- Support the movement of Data Centers to other sites and the decommissioning of Data Centers and legacy equipment that have reached the end of their useful life.

**Domain Skills**
- Visio, DWG TrueView, APC Structure Ware, Aperture, Lean Tools (Leankit Kanban), incident and change logging control in the environment (ITSM Framework - IRIS).
- Volumetry: 100% of an FTE to meet current demand.
- Indicators: Together with the client team and their managers, we will evaluate and propose improvements in the process of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting indicators and dashboards. Our AMS (Application Services Management) team will have partial dedication to generate codes and develop the necessary functionalities, respecting requirements, technologies, information security norms, and integration needs.
