**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner is looking for a SEO Growth & Ops Lead to join our Performance team.

We are a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a diverse international team, working primarily from Malta, Portugal, and Brazil with team members from all over the world.

The SEO Growth & Ops Lead will be in charge of coordinating the execution of the Organic Growth Roadmap for several markets and projects along with the head of department. This position can develop into a management level role in a few quarters depending on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic, tactical and operational support to team leads (Technical, Content, Content Ops, Off-Page, Editorial);
- Collaborate in AI, R&D, BI, Data Analytics and Automation initiatives with key stakeholders from several departments;
- Conduct organic search and CRO experiments;
- Assist team leads in creating training and IP assets;
- Coordinate sprints with team leads to achieve short-term objectives and milestones;
- Work with head of department to adjust quarterly growth plans, aligning which resources and assets are required for continuous high growth;
- Support hiring initiatives as needed to meet growth plan objectives.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of proven SEO experience, with advanced working knowledge of the core areas (Technical, Content, Off-Page);
- At least 2 years of experience in management positions;
- In-depth understanding of SEO and Google Search (e.g. on-page, internal linking, cannibalization, NLP, topical authority, search ranking systems, core updates, crawling, indexing, penalties, off-page);
- Excellent organizational capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver tasks on time;
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.
