Social Media Manager/Publicist Job Description.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Rumbo, Epoch Times, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, and text, tailored to each social media platform
- Schedule, manage, and automate social media posts using management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to ensure consistent and timely content delivery
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all media channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and journalists to secure media coverage and collaborations
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other promotional materials to increase brand visibility
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests, acting as the primary point of contact for all public relations matters
- Organize and attend promotional events, press conferences, and media appearances as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and public relations
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns
- Monitor online conversations and respond to comments, questions, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and public relations

2. A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field

3. Proven success in creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms

4. Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills

5. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to adjust

strategies based on data insights

6. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout

Social) for scheduling, managing, and automating posts

7. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for

content creation

8. Abilitytomultitaskandmanagemultipleprojects,deadlines,andresponsibilities

simultaneously

9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships

with industry influencers, media contacts, and other stakeholders

10.Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging

platforms

11.Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event

schedules and social media posting times

Pay: R$18,000.00 - R$30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
