Realizar implantação de processos/melhorias e gestão estratégica de pessoas; facilitar comunicação entre gestores e equipes; pesquisas internas; clima organizacional; elaborar e apresentar métricas e indicadores à gerência; gestão de conflitos; propor e aplicar programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento, recrutamento interno, antecipar demandas da área. Experiência sólida em T&D na formação de novas lideranças, soluções de remuneração, perfil generalista com foco em negócios com atuação em campo. Desejável vivência em empresas de grande porte como construtoras, rodovias, concessionárias, plataformas, usinas de gás e óleo. Superior completo, veículo próprio, mobilidade nas unidades operacionais.
