Job Objective

Ensure the necessary material in stock for use in machines, control and storage of materials, supporting to maintenance team;

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for performing materials issue, receipt, unloading, stocking, pickup, delivery and other related tasks;
Controls inventory, counting, sorting and coding all stock parts, monitoring supply levels, reporting and correcting discrepancies, determining items to be purchased, finalizing proper purchase documents, adding change status and posting inventory onto computer;
Performs administrative duties by compiling and distributing invoices, filling, holding invoices for missing parts, contacting and confirming with vendors, researching and correcting discrepancies, reviewing accuracy of computer postings;
Maintaining an orderly warehouse space;
Follows-up on outstanding purchase orders;
Receives parts by checking requisitions against vendor invoices;
Provides services to maintenance personnel at parts counter, ordering parts for equipment repair, searching various parts books for correct parts, calling vendors and providing information to order correct parts, posting orders;
Responds to emergency situation, as well as, complies with all safety regulations stated by HSE department.
Attends safety training programs as required.

Educational and Experience Requirements

High school

Experience of 1 to 3 years in store control.
