Job Objective

Examine products and producton process for defects or deviations from specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

Inspecting in-process production by confirming specifications according to the quality standard and customer’s order.
Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods.
Recommending adjustments production process to the Operator’s Machines.
Ensure that processes are in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and procedures
Provide technical support and training of the corresponding activities, when necessary

Inspecting in-process production by comparing to specifications according to the quality standard and customer’s order.
Approving or returning products for re-work.
Analyze packaging materials when necessary and Warning rejected products through the labels.
Report rejected products in the system and also physically with properly identification.
Report daily inspection and tests data according to the established process;
Report rejected products or any issue according to the established process;
Give suggestions for production/quality improvement.
