**We are searching for the best talent for ASSISTENTE DE SISTEMA MES to be in Sao Jose Dos Campos.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- The MES Assistant primary responsibility is to work in partnership and collaborate with the MES Administrator in managing and supporting the MES system. Support the MES system, specific expertise with electronic batch record, exception reporting, implementation and integration with data sweep system.
- Maintain positive business relationships with managers and staff in major segments of the organization, consistently demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer's business, their processes, and their priorities.
- Creates and maintains routes, standard operations, work centers and all other system objects. Ensures safe working conditions and practices in the Department.
- Ad-hoc report writing through the use of tools such as SQL and ODBC, support the creation of software test plans and carry-out tests. Knowledgeable and able to access all data outlets that customers interface with. Ability to understand entity relationship diagrams, as well as demonstrates client server and database fundamentals knowledge. Assists in the customization and of existing programs to meet users and operational requirements.
- Advanced ad-hoc report writing through the use of tools such as SQL and ODBC, directing the creation of software test plans and coordinating tests, and demonstrating advanced communication techniques in the facilitation of conflict resolution and presentation skills.
- Leading the implementation and communication efforts of new programs/ processes/ systems, significantly influencing system design, configuration, and business processes to meet user’s needs, and presenting key findings, possible alternatives, and recommendations to next level management.
- Responsible for mentoring and training new department staff members on complex concepts and/or procedures and will develop reporting/tracking systems and project methodologies for project teams.
- Comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 &
- OSHAS 18001).

- Computer systems proficiency is required.
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills are required.
- Must bring knowledge of regulatory requirements, the manufacturing process, and the operations of the site.
- Work Schedule: Shift 1 and 2. Monday to Friday.
- Requires flexibility to work some Saturdays per the operational needs as well.
- Ability to understand entity relationship diagrams, as well as demonstrated client server and database fundamentals. Should also be able to demonstrate data interfaces/file transfer, reporting and analysis skills and documentation management.

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Associate degree on Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Sciences or related technical field.
- At least one year of relevant systems experience, including knowledge of computer system validations and Ethicon specific systems, technical standards, business hardware/ software/ network fundamentals, and query and reporting tools (Cognos, SQL, TOAD, etc.).
- Experience in the regulated manufacturing industry.
