We are recruiting for a _Corporate Partnerships Manager_ to join our team in _London_; the scope on this job involves.

**Location**: Homeworking with a requirement to occasionally attend our Head Office (Vauxhall)
**Salary**: £43,627.32 per annum (this is inclusive of a London Weighting allowance of £3,000 which may be applicable depending on your home location and any agreed permanent homeworking arrangement).
**Contract type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5
Join Refuge as Corporate Partnerships Manager and help power our mission to end domestic abuse.
We’re looking for a confident, strategic relationship-builder to lead some of Refuge’s most high-impact partnerships with purpose-led brands. From global names in beauty and finance to household names in retail and film, you’ll work across a diverse and dynamic portfolio, including Avon, Benefit, Barclays, Co-op Bank and Picturehouse. You’ll also help to shape the future of our partnerships - driving new opportunities to grow income, engage employees, and raise awareness of our life-saving work. With significant multi-year commitments already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to take established partnerships to the next level - backed by a team known for creativity, award-winning campaigns and collaboration with well-known Ambassadors.
You’ll bring experience of managing and growing six-figure+ partnerships, and a passion for creating authentic, values-led relationships. If you’re a strategic thinker, skilled communicator and excited by the idea of working in a supportive, feminist, flexible environment, then this could be the role for you.
