We are recruiting for a _Interim Head of Philanthropy_ to join our team in _London_; the scope on this job involves.

**Salary**: £66,152.13 per annum
**Contract type**: Full-time, Fixed term (6 months)

Following a period of strong growth, we have secured several new high‑-value strategic partnerships and have an ambition to achieve even more. We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced senior fundraiser to join us as Interim Head of Philanthropy for the next six months.

In this vital role, you’ll lead the strategic growth of philanthropy income across major donors, trusts & foundations and corporate partners. You’ll build on strong foundations, shape compelling propositions, and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver transformational income. You’ll bring expertise in high‑-value relationship fundraising, a collaborative and empowering leadership style, and the confidence to lead during a period of exciting change.
