Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

As a Cementing Technical Lead, you are responsible for safe delivery of operations in Pressure Pumping organization. You will participate in discussions about future of the business, frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As a Cementing Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the planning, preparing on technical sales and job readiness on the technical customer issues.
- Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
- Handling standardized project processes.
- Structuring and processing procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
- Handling important business clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree
- Have advanced level of English
- Have strong cementing experience
- Have strong deep-water cementing experience (disered)
- Have experience in technical support and engineering team management (disered)
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have established project management skills.
