**Job Capsule**:
Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

**Job Duties/Roles**:
1. General accounting duties for financial reporting and analysis, including review of capital expenses and assisting with month end close activities.

2. Back-up for the administration of the financial reporting system.

3. Review deliverables and reconciliations.

4. Statutory reporting for audits and preparation of Government required reporting

6. Review the revenue and cost recognition on long-term contracts.

7. Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)

1. Proven ability to gather, input, analyze, interpret and report financial data.

2. Accounting experience in manufacturing or service-related industry.

3. Good interpersonal and communications skills for dealing with internal and external clients. Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.

4. Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferably Oracle.

5. A thorough knowledge of ABS and its businesses and processes is also beneficial to providing maximum effectiveness in this position.

7. Power BI knowledge a plus.

**Minimum** years of Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years previous related experience or a combination of education and experience.

**Required**/Preferred Education** Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent from accredited university, along with recognized accounting and industry experience.

**Required/Preferred Professional Requirements**:
CPA is preferred.
