**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We are looking for a talented individual with strong communication, financial, problem solving and leadership skills to join our team of Business Planning Analysts. Responsibilities may include: reporting, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations to executives, process improvement, Business Analysis, short and long term forecasting, managing organizational spend, labor rate analysis and performing deep dives into business situations along with making recommendations / observations for improvement.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Strong background in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office Suite, Strong oral and written communication skills, Leadership experience, Skilled at problem solving and issue resolution

Innovation Skills, Passion for quality and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals, Teamwork, Comfortable with short deadlines in a high-pressure environment, Commitment to innovation and continuous process improvement, Passion for learning and ability to grow with your team, Prior Finance Experience, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
