**We're Hiring: System Analyst - GenAI Projects (Remote )**

We are looking for a highly motivated **System Analyst** to join our GenAI team and play a critical role in designing and implementing next-generation artificial intelligence solutions.

As part of this dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent systems that are scalable, secure, and impactful.

**This is a temporary position: 4 months**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications for GenAI solutions.
- Coordinate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and preparation of data for AI model training and validation.
- Implement testing protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system designs, technical workflows, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Continuously explore new AI tools, trends, and frameworks to enhance existing systems.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate security and compliance into all development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, including at least 1 year working on AI projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of DevSecOps practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
