**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division** (Hexagon) is seeking an
**Implementation Analyst** within our ALI Americas group
**. **Although the position is posted in São Paulo, we are flexible on location to hire the best talent across Brazil.

- Support the design and development of technology solutions to meet business needs, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the implementation process
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to successfully implement technology solutions
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues
- Keep in touch with team members and support them in solving problems.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiar with 3D CAD, CAE software is a plus
- Understanding of engineering principles and practices
- Basic proficiency with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL), preferred but not mandatory
- Basic Programming know-how in Visual Basic,.Net, preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart 3D or a Smart® Suite solution is a plus

**Experience**:

- Engineer or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field with demonstrated technical problem solving and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experiences with customer facing activities and industrial understanding of customer needs

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-Awareness
- Proactive

**Languages**:

- English is desirable
