**Senior Implementation Analyst** within our ALI Americas group. Although the position is posted in São Paulo, we are flexible on location to hire the best talent across Brazil.

- Management, Administration and Configuration of the Solution
- Customer Relationship (contact with client)
- Guidance and user’s support
- Planning and promote meetings, workshops and trainings
- Customer service procedures for queries and problem resolution
- Development of software automations
- Other tasks may include technical support, consulting and training
- 1st Level support for users, helping with basic access and possible doubts
Qualifications:
Education
- Automation, computing, or similar engineering in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical IT discipline
Experience
- Experience on document management
- Direct Support to costumer is desirable
- SmartPlant Foundation Or SDx Experience is desirable
Technical knowledge
- Experience in Project and Solution Implementation
- Familiar with writing of SQL Statements
Languages (Fluent Portuguese):
- English - Desirable but not mandatory
- Spanish - Desirable but not mandatory
