**About the role**:
Service Transition:
Define Ordering process with Customer, OBS and Third-party.

Define Escalation process between Customer, OBS and Third-Party

Receive Quote information from Customer to order through 3rd party

Place order to Third Party Carrier based on the Quote information received from Customer

Track TPV Underlay order status and regular status to OBS PM

Ensure TPV delivers the circuit as orders (Acceptance Test report from Vendor)

Provide Circuit details and other information for Handover to Operations

Place order with OBS to be created for management and monitoring of 3rd party circuit

Business Support:
Presales support for MSI Deals with TPV ordering (the Point of Contact for Presales Support)

**About you**:
Management Skills

Natural leader

Ability to work within high pressured environment including the management of crisis situations

Extensive technical experience of complex environment in addition to broad managerial experience

Strong Team player, both within organization and Outside groups and division at all levels

Strong experience of dealing with customers

Superior, proven organizational and global leadership skills

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

10 years of experience with service delivery activities
