Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst **for LATAM Regional Treasury Services Center (RTSC) based in **São Paulo, SP.**

This role involves managing cash activities and Treasury projects of LATAM countries, optimizing liquidity, executing payments and transfers, conducting short-term forecasts, and overseeing smart investment of surplus funds. Collaborating with banks, partners and global Treasury teams, you will drive operational improvements and strengthen partnerships with LATAM affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Cash Management**:Implement precise daily cash management processes for LATAM operations, managing capital structure and funding. Continuously identify process improvements and challenge assumptions to enhance efficiency. Maintain and optimize business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted cash management operations during disruptions.
- **Trusted Treasury Services Advisor**:Serve as a reliable point of contact for Treasury Services-related inquiries. Offer expert guidance on strategies to boost cash flow, reduce financial risk, improve efficiency, and introduce valuable services.
- **Business Partnering Support**:Develop strong relationships with affiliates to provide effective support in managing foreign currency exposure and improving compliance practices.
- **Strategic Insights**:Provide senior management with actionable insights on cash generation, risk assessment, and cash management initiatives to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Bank Relationship Management**:Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions. This includes negotiating credit facilities and securing favorable terms for financial transactions.
- **Project Support**:Collaborate on Treasury Services systems-related and cash-management process-related projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Bank Transition Project**:Lead the end-to-end project for transitioning Mexico's cash operations to a new main bank, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated process.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and proven leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and be a project leader
- Proficiency in English
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish

**Preferred**:

- Master’s/MBA degree
- Project management experience
- SAP knowledge
