Brazil Global Transaction Services searches for a Treasury Services Officer (VP/Director Level)

Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions. Partner closely with client-facing teammates in GBAM to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions. The Treasury Solutions Officer plays a pivotal role as part of the client management team;
- Partner closely with client-facing teammates in GBAM to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client;
- Client interactions related to Treasury Services including but not limited to preparing for sales calls, the facilitation of implementation process, and on-going maintenance routines with established clients;
- Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction;
- Takes initiative with a thoughtful, proactive approach for client resolution based upon past experiences with the client and the client team while ensuring the direction is aligned with the TSO’s goals;
- Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank;
- Fosters successful relationships with internal partners and build rapport with client contacts.

Core skills and requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years at Treasury Services related work experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Treasury Management industry, both domestic and international, and clearly articulate client needs.
- Strong sales background. Previous experience in a global/international Bank and in managing relationship with multinational clients.
- Motivated to succeed and achieve goals. Understands the sense of urgency while balancing an ethical approach.
- Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communication skills.
- Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus.
- Proficient computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
