Brazil Global Transaction Services searches for a Treasury Services Officer (Vice President Level)

Global Transaction Services (GTS) business provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle market companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.

TSO will work on the clients coverage, supporting the sales officers on all clients’ needs as requested or as a result of analysis and identification.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Brazilian NBFI portfolio, the position will be accountable for revenue/product growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, RFP or RFI responses, call preparations, and leading client-facing treasury presentations.
- This individual will need to identify and evaluate treasury solutions based on a client focused cost/benefit analysis and bank focused profitability analysis in close coordination with global sales and product partners.
- This position would have a regional responsibility to identify Fintech/cross sale opportunities in coordination with the Latam TSOs.
- Responsible for identifying potential solutions to customers’ needs as requested or as a result of analysis and identification
- Utilizes technical knowledge to run pricing/cost benefit models; confers with sales officer regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation;
- Manage relationship planning, gathering information regarding prospects and updating plan as needed;
- Coordinates schedules for Treasury Reviews and Relationship Reviews;
- Assists Service Center activities and responding to questions from the Svc Ctr;
- Obtains appropriate approvals for selected products; ensures ongoing compliance and monitors risk related to products and services;
- Performs a variety of administrative functions to include preparing system schematics, proposal documents, packages, and presentation

Core skills and requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales support in the Financial Institution industry;
- Strong awareness and understanding of bank products, services, operations, systems, policies and procedures, ensuring that clients are serviced in the appropriate delivery channel;
- Must have a combination of strong quantitative/analytical skills, attention to detail and strong client focus;
- Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and oral communication skills;
- Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, team focus;
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities;
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;
- Solid skills on Excel Word and Power Point
