Key Responsabilities:
- To be a facilitator with the Manufacturing team seeking the effective use of resources, improvements in processes and the achievement of productivity goals;
- To seek the best performance in the processes through the practice of Lean Culture;
- Lead the processes of Countinuous Improvement (Lean) in the plants;
- Ensure compliance with the procedures and tools established in Driveline Excellence System (DES);
- Support to Plant Leadership team;
- Manage the Ideas Program (PROMECON);
- Manage and implement improvements in Produtivity Indicator;
- Facilitate Lean training at Porto Alegre and Charqueadas Plants;
- Prepare daily Lean reports for GDB;
- Report weekly Lean activities developed to the Regional Lean Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Graduated in Engineering (Prduction, Machenics, Eletronics, Mechatronics or Metallurgy).
- Dynamism and ability to lead teamwork and perform training;
- Skill in planning, execution and communication;
- Knowledge of manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office;
- Advanced English.
