**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Mundo Group is a United States based fast-growing logistics services company and one of America's finest transportation and logistics providers. The company was started in 2017 and specializes in being a hotshot operator, managing tractor-trailers fleets, also in providing logistics services to third-party owner-operators.

**What are we looking for?**

**ROLE**

In this role, you will be negotiating loads with brokers while assisting truck drivers over the phone. Entry-levels are accepted; we provide training.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform market analysis to determine the best routes
- Identify drivers needs and demands
- Call USA brokers to book loads and negotiate in English the best rate possible.
- Ensure hours of operation, details on the load and validate appointment times.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Effectively communicate with drivers, provide clear instructions.
- Generate documents and reports
