Our Security Risk Management practice specializes in helping clients avoid and manage risk to their people, assets, and operations. Our global team has tremendous depth of knowledge and experience in areas as diverse as our clients’ security needs, with services that include (but are not limited to) threat and vulnerability assessments; security audits, master planning, and policy development; travel risk assessments; information security and TSCM services; executive protection services; private client services; security design and system planning, procurement, and implementation; business continuity and resilience services; and crisis management and emergency response. Many of our professionals come from backgrounds in diverse military organizations and law enforcement agencies; mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and telecommunications fields; and related operational disciplines such as finance, information security, and crisis communications.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide expert, reliable and robust analysis of complex situations and data for clients.
- Assist the SRM Regional Leader with management and implementation of projects and managing workflow and costs effectively.
- Identify project risks and effectively manage them.
- Effective project management of all active projects ensuring quality deliverables within cost and time constrains.
- Provide a high-level customer service to all existing clients.
- Exercise good judgment, demonstrate innovation and adapt working strategy based on the results obtained.
- Ensure ethical conduct, quality of services, use of best practices and compliance with policy and SOPs in each project.
- Contribute to the development of new opportunities, quotes, and written proposals for potential clients.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Provide concise reporting of projects and results to clients and line manager.
- Provide quality assurance and review of extensive project reports.
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational support for various projects including threat management investigations, physical/technical/operational security assessments, Executive Protection coordination and other areas of sensitive operational security such as:

- Policies, protocols and procedures with the outmost quality and in a timely manner.
- Providing specialized trainings regarding crisis management, travel security protocols, as well as special risks (extortion and kidnapping in Latin America)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of relevant work experience; preferably in security-related functions to include security consulting, threat management and investigations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong team, project and client management experience.
- Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in a broad variety of investigative methods.
- Proficient in MS Office. Ideally also proficient in investigative analysis tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- ASIS Certifications such as PSP or CPP are a plus.
- Knowledgeable of all security related challenges in the South America region, especially Brazil.
