A great opportunity for an iGaming experienced Brand Manager to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

YOU WILL:

- Lead customer focused multi-channel communications, visual and messaging framework, both ATL/offline and digital, across all stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Develop new local brand campaigns
- Manage a creative designer and grow the brand marketing team.
- Evolve and optimizing advertising communications.
- Lead creative, media, and activation deals and arbitration
- Participate in briefings, creative brainstorms, and strategy development with internal XF and marketing channel teams, as well as agency partners
- Provide clear and relevant brand performance and campaign insights to senior stakeholders; as well as meaningful conclusions from brand, media, and business metrics to help inform strategies, plans, and tactics on an on-going basis.
- Drive forward marketing analytics and attribution projects that help us better understand the impact of brand campaigns on our growth and our brand metrics
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive media and marketing strategies, be accountable for achieving campaign and business goals.
- Be the point of contact for legal correspondence on the team, to ensure all of our assets, strategies, communications, and plans are legally compliant, brand safe, and adhere to strict regulatory precautions.
YOU ARE:

- 2yrs+ experience in brand marketing
- 1yr+ experience in performance marketing and iGaming
- Portuguese speaking + English, Spanish is a plus
- Strategic thinker who can articulate the brand vision, with a consumer first focus
- Proven experienced in managing creative advertising campaigns (from initial concept to execution) and subsequent brand communications strategy across all levels of the funnel
- Experienced in managing a marketing budget with a key focus on ROI and performance
- Strong communicator and excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver and prioritise between tactical and strategic initiatives
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and manage stakeholders (both external agencies and internal teams)
- Good understanding of the Brazil sports media landscape, and a passion for sports
