**Role**:
As a manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall procurement activities, development of sourcing strategy, negotiation of contracts and execution of budget.
As a leader, you will provide technical guidance to the team for successful execution of vehicle programs. You will take lead on the development of new products, processes, standards, or operational plans. This position also provides support for the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on business and function overall results.

**What you will do (responsabilities)**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan
- Lead business plan/tactics to reach overall global targets on a day-to-day basis
- Work with global teams in all Regions in developing commodity strategies and sourcing recommendations for specified commodity, considering regional specifics. This also includes early Supplier Engagement and Strategic Sourcing
- Oversee, monitor and coach employees and build effective global team
- Collaborate with Engineering, CCA and other internal partners to clarify prerequisites and to drive cost reduction
- Optimize supplier footprint
- Handle supplier relationships and operational issues

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or Similar.
- MBA will be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced Presentation skills (powerpoint, excel & power BI)
