**Job Description**:
- Define and update sequence of operations of manufacturing systems, as well as act in the determination of standard times, line balancing, capacity studies and process documentation (DWI, Standard Work Flow, Combination Sheet, Ergonomic Assessment, Machine Protection, etc..);
- Meet the performance indicators of the plant in order to meet the Operations requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People);
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement Projects, aiming to increase Productivity and Factory Efficiency;
- Develop, design, test, quote, supply and deploy machines, equipment, tools and production devices in accordance with NR-12;
- Develop, design, plan, implement layout changes in the factory based on Improvement Projects or Capacity Adjustments to Demand;
- Establish effective communication in the execution of improvements involving the BUs, factories, product divisions and the Industrialization Engineering of headquarters factories.
- Develop, design, test, quote, supply and implement information systems in factories aiming at continuous improvement.
- Develop, design, test, implement effective and qualified emergency solutions (deviations) for problems on the shop floor related to lack of material, lack of tools, lack of training, etc.. aiming to meet the date desired by the customer.
- Develop, design, test, quote, supply and implement improvements related to safety and the environment for the factory employee.
- Participate in training for production employees.
- Develop and implement improvements related to ROS (Rockwell Operations System).
- Develop and implement improvements related to global initiatives.
- Develop and implement Capex projects.
