**About You and this Role**

**Key Objectives**
- Support the development and strategies of sales operations;
- Provide access, training and support for all CRM users, as well as document and disseminate good practices for using and updating data.
- Deal with registration of suppliers and customers;
- Manage sales data within our CRM;
- Pass on global changes related to sales processes to the Local team.
- Understand priorities and execute operational plans;
- Optimize sales and operations efficiency through innovative thinking;
- Improve systems and processes, sharing good practices;
- Develop analytical sales reports to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Domain in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets (Macros, PivotTable..)
- Excellent communicative ability;
- Organization;
- Collaboration;
- Analytical Thinking;
- Excellent quantitative skills;
- Advanced or Fluent English. Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in sales operations;
- Knowledge in CRM tools, like SalesForce.
- Knowledge in BI tools, like Tableau.
