Strategic Financial Operations Specialist

Leverage your analytical skills to drive business growth as a key member of our finance team. As an Associate FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building Finance Forecasts, participating in Budgeting processes, and acting as an "in-house" finance advisor for various departments.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the company's operations and translate them into actionable financial KPIs. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to provide valuable financial planning advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Track, analyze, and evaluate financial activities;
- Generate and update financial reports for departmental heads;
- Assess return on investment (ROI) of current assets and investments;
- Analyze ratios like debt-to-equity and interest coverage to assess overall financial health;
- Identify opportunities for cost-cutting;
- Recognize financial and operational risks;
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite;
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Previous experience with BI Tools such as Tableau and Power BI;
- Strong analytical skills to look beyond spreadsheets;
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
