We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to:
- perform client onboarding, renewals and offboarding in accordance with Business Line requirements.
- work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
- create relationships across UBS to gather, share and leverage solutions for our clients.
- ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and with internal policies and contracts.
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for Client Lifecycle processes in UBS and all regulatory requirements related to them.
**Your expertise**
- previous work experience in client documents and KYC processes, B3, SINACOR and SINCAD processes.
- previous work experience in give up agreements, investments funds, and investment managers.
- PQO Certification (Cadastro).
- ideally advanced English
- great communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
- organized and detail oriented
