**About the Role**
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing paid media campaigns to achieve optimized results by continuously monitoring key KPIs. We are seeking a professional with proven experience across different media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Retargeting, Programmatic, and others) and a 360° view of the marketing funnel.
**Responsibilities and Attributions** Responsibilities and Assignments**
- Develop and implement media strategies and campaigns aimed at driving profitability across your assigned channels, leading tactical execution of plans.
- Manage media budgets for assigned channels.
- Lead and mentor the media team in strategy and execution efforts.
- Support the Digital Marketing team with operations and strategy for paid media channels.
- Identify and implement technical and operational improvements to drive results.
- Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and consolidate data from various sources.
- Prepare performance reports and analytical insights for assigned media channels.
- Design and oversee incremental results through A/B testing and experiments alongside the team.
- Track metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Continuously seek innovation and improvements in media structures and workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in paid media.
- Experience with app measurement platforms.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of the media market, formats, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for creating and presenting reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable working with numbers.
**Differential Qualifications** _(nice to have)_
- Prior experience in sports betting or iGaming industries.
- Experience with Native advertising and Live Odds channels.
- Interest in sports and sporting events.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Experience managing teams.
- Proficiency with DV360, CM360, and SA360.
