**Responsibilities**:
**1. Predictive Analytics**: Develop and implement advanced predictive models utilizing machine learning techniques to derive insights and steer business decisions.

**2. Machine Learning Engineering**: Spearhead the deployment of machine learning models into production environments.

**3. Project Management**: Oversee end-to-end machine learning projects, collaborating with internal teams and external data professionals.

**4. Leadership and Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior data professionals, fostering their growth in machine learning and data science.

**5. Communication**: Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**6. Data Visualization**: Leverage data visualization skills, especially using Python frameworks, to present analytical results in a clear and compelling manner.

**7. Industry Experience**: Preferred experience in the Media and/or Entertainment industry with a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges. Specifically: streaming platforms, production studios, TV channels, digital/social media.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, etc.).

**2. Experience**:Demonstrated success in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in machine learning and/or data science. Experience in the Media and/or Entertainment industry is a plus.

**3. Technical Skills**:
a. Proficiency in Python and SQL is mandatory. Linux experience is a plus.

b. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.

c. Hands-on experience in AWS services (including Sagemaker, Redshift, S3, EC2, and Lambda).

d. Expertise in statistical analysis, encompassing hypothesis testing, regression, and time series analysis.

e. Familiarity with data visualization using Python frameworks, such as Matplotlib or Seaborn.
