**Responsibilities**:

- Supports tax planning and compliance requirements across Brazil andLATAM region, including oversight and coordination of compliance activities outsourced to external service providers
- Point of contact for external auditors and advisors on tax related matters
- Assist and provide tax support for any ad-hoc projects or queries from business teams
- Research on tax legislation developments and to operationalise such changes
- Support tax audits/ queries and work closely with Finance andTax team, where appropriate

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Tax, in either public accounting firm or from Fintech / e-commerce industry sector
- Strong analytical, organization, documentation, and research skills
- Ability to work as a team and interact across different levels of the organization
- Detailed and organized in work, able to manage work independently and a good team player
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and ability to simplify/communicate complex business/tax information
- English and Portuguese language skills are essential
