How will your new challenge look like?- Develop innovative concepts and measures for the areas of recruiting and active sourcing- Communicate directly with our stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and translate them into concrete measures and recommendations- Be responsible for the entire recruiting process from creating job profiles, selecting appropriate recruiting channels and designing the selection process to decision making- Identify and inspire potential new 4flower through Active Search on popular networks- Represent 4flow at recruiting events, meet new talents and win them over for 4flow- Take over internal projects, bring in current trends and ideas and accompany their implementation
Why you belong at 4flow- You have at least 2-3 years of practical experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources- You have successfully completed your studies psychology, business administration, or a related field of study with a focus on human resources-
- You are characterized by a confident manner and a high level of commitment- You appreciate an international environment and a motivated team with fun at work, you like to take responsibility and meet challenges with creative solutions
