**Local: Campo Largo**

**In this role, the main activities you may expect are**:

- Position may require analysis of complex machine performance issues that require careful analysis, and diagnosis
- Support New Product Introduction Development: Provides significant input to BCP Loaders Product Groups and NPI team(s) for next generation product development activities. This includes the collection, prioritization, documentation and communication of Voice of the Customer. You will support, monitor readiness and/or attend NPI gateway reviews.
- Assist in defining and placing value on new product features, functional and technical specifications and product requirements.
- Support ongoing Value Analysis work for NPI teams especially related to competitive performance, features, maintenance and repair.
- Provide BCP Loader Product Groups with industry-specific trends based on customers’ operational data and benchmarking.
- **Travel may be up to 50% seasonally and expected to average out around 20% thought the year.**

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:The position requires college graduation in Business (Administration) or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Production, or correlated areas

**Experience**:Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Marketing, Training, Dealer Development

**Language**:Fluent Portuguese, Fluent English

**Skills**:Efective Communication, Responsibility, Organization/Planning, Sense of Urgency and Priority, Organization, Leadership, Resilience, Negotiation, Logical, Critical and Analytical Thinking, Discipline and Teamworkf
