**Job description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Participate in Market Segmentation exercise, perform technology gap analysis.
- Advise Sales & Commercial on technical requirements and bid clarifications responses.
- Promote cross-Domain / multi-BL and multi-Division solutions.
- Consult on the design, execution of operations to ensure data integrity and alignment with customer end user requirements.
- Coordinate and QC client data delivery process.
- Understand and manage customer interpretation issues.
- Implement standard processes and workflows to support customer technology adoption.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of real time monitoring guidelines.
- Develop and communicate ideas based on customer needs within technical community.
- Actively participate in internal knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentoring and professional development support to employees on technical career paths and across functions.
- Participation in professional societies, technology events and submitting papers.
- Provide technical presentations to customers and internally
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering or Geology
