- Olhar estratégico para a melhora do produto e da jornada do cliente;
- Reuniões com consultores do time para auxiliar melhor o cliente e vice-versa;
- Acompanhamento das monitorias e tutorias; Acompanhamento de avaliações e indicadores da área;
- Confeccionar relatórios de resultados da área.
- Atendimento a célula de mentoria, acompanhando todo o trabalho dos farmers (consultores), junto aos clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Ensino Superior Completo em áreas comerciais ou correlatas;
- Ter vindo do segmento educacional;
**Desejável**:
- Curso de Comunicação Interpessoal;
- Curso de Atendimento ao Cliente;
- Curso de Gestão do Tempo.
**Modelo de contratação: PJ ou MEI - 100% Home Office.
