Enterprise Account Manager

What You'll Do Signs Contracts (and renegotiates) at a corporate level. Serves as quarterback internally and externally to get deals live. Runs a balanced pipeline of innovation projects (including, co-marketing), seize technology integration opportunities, to close potential partnerships to bring new sources of revenue. Expansion: Works with Corporate / Franchise counterparts to launch locations. Partner relationship management and satisfaction: be the owner of the commercial relationship, ongoing engagement with C-Suite and POC to deepen the partnership. Alignment of Uber Eats strategy execution with partners: be the champion in aligning the strategy and speech towards partners, according to UE strategic needs; ensure we are building a sustainable relationship both for them but also for UberEats. Owns Account planning: get inputs from CSM team and builds a strategic account planning. Work closely with and support Customer Success Managers to develop business of key accounts. Set a management framework for the managed portfolio of accounts, to measure and guide team success and provide an executive view of how managed accounts are performing Analyse the metrics of our partners' business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion. Develop standard work methods and frameworks for management of key accounts in the most effective way and looking expand volume of accounts reached Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative) Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and team. Think outside the box to make UE the platform of choice to every restaurant partner What You'll Need 5 years of relevant experience working with Mid Market, Enterprise, Key Accounts or Third-party relationships Relevant experience leading a team of Account Managers is a plus Financial understanding of the commercial business model. Problem Solving mindset and positiveness Intermediate English Bonus Points SQL Analytical skills
