**Overview**:
Report directly to the Head of HR Americas with matrix report to the Chief Country Officer Brazil and will have 5 people in his/her structure. Two people will report directly to this position one handles HR operations, payroll, regulatory, admin, benefits, and other generalist matters. The other one is focused on recruiting, talent management, supporting with compensation info/initiatives, diversity, certifications, and other people-related projects. Work closely with the corporate team/global specialists in all aspects related to development programs, C&B, promotions, compliance, risk management, and best practices.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to translate global and local strategies into Talent and HR initiatives and/or global program adaptations.
- Strong ability to prioritize global vs. local and business vs. legal demands.
- Experience navigating through complex matrixial environments with multiple senior stakeholders.
- Able to act as an advisor for the business leaders and the Board of Directors, by providing them with the right analytics and his/her expert opinion.
- Strong relationship, communication and influencing skills, within all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on leader that performs well with lean teams and stays close, without micromanaging them.
- Team player who works in cooperation with the global specialist teams.
- High level of personal integrity and credibility.
- Proactive in looking for continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationship.
- Promote team integration.

- Solid knowledge in all HR-related subsystems: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, C&B, Payroll, Regulatory, Analytics, HR Planning, among others.
