**About the SAP Internship Experience Program**:

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**:SAP iXp Intern - Partner Support Specialist
**Location**:São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)
- Maintain and update projects into SAP internal systems
- Monitor backlog and perform hygiene & quality of project data
- Answer partner queries and stakeholders' requests via inbox/tickets, following defined SLAs and guidelines.
- Ability to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Contribute to drive Partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them
- Handle high volume of requests for partner-led project registration on a global level.

- Demonstrable interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Relationship building/networking capabilities
- Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Agility and flexibility to work in an ever changing environment
- Work well under pressure & with high volume of queries
- Business level - advanced English is required;
- Spanish is a plus for the role and commitment to learn/improve the language
- Undergraduate Students in Admin/Communication, and IT related areas.
