**Junior Field Services Analyst**

As an **Junior Field Services Analyst**, you will be responsible for ensure the availability and smooth operation of IT/IS services in your location. You will be the first point of contact for on-site IT support and will work to continuously improve these services alongside the IT team.

**In this role, you will**:
Helpdesk and On-Site Support: Respond to and resolve IT issues for users.

Desktop Management: Configure and maintain computers, including preparing machines for new users.

User Administration: Manage user accounts.

Local Infrastructure Operations: Server, printing, and local area network (LAN) support.

**Work model: On-Site Position**

Based on the business requirements of this position, this is an on-site position requiring 5 days per week at the client's office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

**What you need to have to be considered**

Help Desk Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.

Active Directory: Knowledge of network directory management.

Windows 10: Proficiency with the operating system.

Computer Preparation: Experience with imaging and configuring machines.

Google Tools: Familiarity with the Google environment and tools.

Mobile Operating Systems: Support for iOS and Android.

Intermediate to advanced English
