**What you will be doing**
Contract Management
- Responsible for all relevant documentation execution including contract SOW signature, supplier certification including insurance & ISO documents
- Partners with Legal on the contract lifecycle management
- Works with business partners to develop and agree SOW, business and commercial requirements
- Negotiates contract with suppliers
- Manages business requirements for Order Management
- Initiates supplier on-boarding where applicable in the Source to Pay systems
Procurement Operation & Execution
- Implement and execute supplier management process covering performance, risk, and compliance management
- Supports selection of new suppliers and conduct RFx
- Be internal customer advocate to address operational issue and support with sense of urgency
**What you should have**
- Advanced English
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, Project Management Professional (PMP), Business legal, or Engineering;
- Experience in contract management and operation;
- Advanced English.
**What is a differential if you have**
- Advanced Spanish;
- Experience in construction, telecom, utility infrastructure or data center;
- Experience in cost management, supply chain management, contract management;
- Knowledge in Coupa or Smartsheet systems.
